Laborer
A Laborer duties may include but are not limited to:
· Carrying and moving materials, tools, and equipment around the job site
· Digging trenches, excavating, and grading
· Mixing and pouring concrete
· Operating machinery and equipment, such as forklifts, jackhammers, and drills
· Cleaning and preparing job sites
· Following safety protocols and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment
Shop is in Sugar Grove, job sites range across northern Illinois, some travel possible. We work 5 days per week in all reasonable weather conditions.
Union scale base, with the opportunity to exceed scale depending on experience and performance
We are IBEW 196. Full benefits and pension after 60 days
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening
Local help only, no per diem or hotels provided unless work is outside of our regional area
