TERRAZON GROUP INC. TO START NEW 5 YEAR FIBER PROJECT IN DES MOINES IOWA IN SPRING OF 2024

Terrazon Group, Inc. is gearing up for a significant infrastructure enhancement in the Des Moines, Iowa area with the commencement of a five-year fiber installation project starting in the spring of 2024.

The initial phase of the project will see the installation of 100 miles of cutting-edge fiber optic infrastructure throughout the Des Moines area. Terrazon Group, Inc. will oversee the entire project lifecycle, providing comprehensive turnkey services encompassing design, permitting, engineering, construction, and ongoing maintenance.

To kickstart the project, Terrazon Group will be deploying skilled personnel and crews from their Sugar Grove, IL offices. As the initiative progresses, additional employment opportunities will be created, with the intention of fostering relationships and partnerships within the local community. The company anticipates the generation of 30-40 new jobs in the Des Moines area workforce and plans to establish a remote office to support project operations.

Upon successful completion, the newly installed fiber system is poised to catalyze economic growth by creating thousands of job opportunities within the Des Moines community.
